Residential Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

CCM Rentals is seeking a reliable and skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to support the day to-day operations of our apartment communities. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our properties while providing prompt, professional service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC basics)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently
• Turn over vacant units (painting, cleaning coordination, minor repairs)
• Maintain common areas including hallways, laundry rooms, and exterior grounds

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential or property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of general maintenance trades
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (trucks are preferred)
• Ability to be on-call for emergency maintenance
