Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) Tewksbury, MA
Rate: $32.00-$38.00/hr.
Shift Type: Afternoons.
Shift Times: 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
Hours/Day: 10 Hours.
Shift Notes: Wednesday - Saturday 12:30 PM-11:00 PM (Mid Shift).
Weekend Requirements: Yes.
On-Call Requirements: Yes - discussed at interview.
Relocation: Possible - discussed at interview.
Licensure Reimbursement: After 90 days.
Role Overview:
- Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other facilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable DR/CR radiography equipment and transmit to Radiologist.
- Transport/unload portable X-Ray equipment from company vehicle into facilities for exams.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent imaging.
- Perform EKGs and transmit results to Cardiologist (if required).
- Scan exam paperwork/billing documents daily per protocol.
- Communicate professionally with management, dispatch, peers, and clients.
- Responsibilities also include duties in the full job description/Associate Handbook or tasks assigned by management.

Physical Demands:
- Push/pull 50-100 lbs using ramps/pulleys during equipment transport.
- In facilities/homes weight may increase; 50+ lbs of force may occur 16-24 times per day .
Requirements:
- Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification, health and operational requirements.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions require proper documentation).
Certification Requirements:
- ARRT
State License Requirements:
- Massachusetts.
- Limited license not accepted.
