Compensation Range: $60-$65/hour W2

Job Description:
The Sr. Software Developer (SuccessFactors) will be responsible for developing and integrating Korn Ferry's digital products with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. The role requires a hands-on approach to development while also contributing to functional requirements gathering and implementation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate applications with SuccessFactors.
• Work with third-party vendors on end-to-end integration.
• Handle infrastructure, integration support, and coding aspects.
• Maintain and enhance integration features for the SuccessFactors marketplace.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for development and deployment.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 6-7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on coding and development experience.
• Experience with packaged solutions and database structures within SuccessFactors.
• Working with third-party vendors for integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Backend development experience, including SFTP/API integration.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Talent Management and Payroll.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.

• Experience with ReactJS.
• Prior experience in developing apps for the SuccessFactors marketplace.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
