Job Description:
The Sr. Software Developer (SuccessFactors) will be responsible for developing and integrating Korn Ferry's digital products with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. The role requires a hands-on approach to development while also contributing to functional requirements gathering and implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate applications with SuccessFactors.
- Work with third-party vendors on end-to-end integration.
- Handle infrastructure, integration support, and coding aspects.
- Maintain and enhance integration features for the SuccessFactors marketplace.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for development and deployment.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 6-7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on coding and development experience.
- Experience with packaged solutions and database structures within SuccessFactors.
- Working with third-party vendors for integration projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Backend development experience, including SFTP/API integration.
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Talent Management and Payroll.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
- Experience with ReactJS.
- Prior experience in developing apps for the SuccessFactors marketplace.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
