Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates for a full-time Facilities Performance Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Facilities Department through research, data collection, reporting, compliance tracking, and special projects. The Facilities Performance Coordinator will support day-to-day facilities operations and assist site staff and management teams through variety of administrative and project-based responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Support site staff with facilities-related processes, policies, and operational needs.
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational, maintenance, and compliance data.
- Track utility usage, energy consumption, and building performance metrics.
- Assist with sustainability, benchmarking, and energy-efficiency initiatives, including ENERGY STAR and utility reporting programs.
- Support NSPIRE, REAC, life safety, and operational compliance preparation efforts.
- Coordinate communication with vendors, contractors, utility companies, ownership entities, and outside agencies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for site staff and leadership teams.
- Assist with development and implementation of company-wide facilities, procedures and operational programs.
- Coordinate and track facilities-related projects, vendor services, and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain educational materials and resources for residents and site staff.
- Maintain department records, files, and documentation, and provide general administrative support to the Facilities Department.
- Additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations and organizational needs.
The work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00. This Coordinator will work a hybrid schedule with frequent on-site responsibilities at our Central Office in Wellesley, MA and at properties in the Greater Boston Area.
Your Qualifications:
This position requires continual contact with professional peers, staff, residents (through educational opportunities), clients, contractors, and the outside community at large. The Facilities Performance Coordinator must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills. While working with the Property Managers, senior members of Maloney Properties, and other staff, the Facilities Performance Coordinator must be able to work collaboratively and show excellent time management when working independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with web-based data platforms is preferred.
- Yardi experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in property management is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 depending on previous experience.
