Read on to learn more! **About the Role:** + Provide formal supervision to employees -- monitor the training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities -- establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff; set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed. + Conduct periodic inspections of work to determine compliance with quality standards. + Review and check contractor scheduling and progress -- verify contractors are meeting the timelines and completion dates. + Implement safety and environmental measures and confirm that the construction site is being maintained, clean, and safe. + Ensure that the construction is completed according to the approved drawings and specifications. + Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, change orders, and monthly Job Cost Reports. + Ensure that project management staff have the necessary tools, systems, and training that enables them to manage projects. + Make recommendations to the release of construction funds based on the project status report. + Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance. + Lead by example and mode behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values; persuade managers and other colleagues to take action whil being guided by the organization's functional business plans; negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal. + Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department. + Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-12 years of relevant experience. The minimum salary for the position is $155,000 annually and the maximum salary for the is $163,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
