Sr. Community Healthcare Sales & Marketing Specialist
- Assists with the development and implementation of effective marketing, outreach and communication strategies to successfully drive engagement within the ESP referral community.
- Provides supervision to Enrollment Specialists in the absence of Marketing Director including oversite, workflow management, interfacing with other ESP departments and ongoing training.
- Assists with the Marketing Plan development especially focusing on new referral types/ sources.
- Promotes ESP through networking, outreach, and presentations to community groups.
- Develops effective relationships with referral sources to communicate the benefits of referring clients to ESP.
- Assists with the development and implementation of strategies to overcome referral barriers and identify potential new ESP referral sources.
- Assists with the planning, organization and execution of marketing activities including events, health fairs, trade shows, community meetings etc.
- Effectively enrolls potential members, which includes coordinating and participating in all aspects of the enrollment assessment process.
- Must be able to travel in a timely manner to meet with applicants and/or referrals in their homes or off-site offices in the Boston and Brockton areas.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 7-10 years of related sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, and/or consultative sales, of which 1-3 years are in Healthcare and or Elder Care Insurance industry
- Computer literacy (Office 365 including Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word) and experience with CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge and experience with geriatric and social service referral community is a plus
- Comfortable working with diverse communities and diverse social-economic groups across the service area
- Aptitude for assisting with the developing and implementing strategies
- Familiarity with non-profits
- Proven experience cultivating and building relationships in the community
- Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation, creative and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish/Cape Verdean or Haitian Creole, 5 plus years of experience working with a Geriatric population preferred
- Must be able to travel between multiple sites in a timely manner
