**Job Description**
Engage in assembly tasks within the dye room and operate braiding machines to produce medical-grade sutures. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, ensuring the production of high-quality medical products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform simple assembly tasks in the dye room according to established procedures.
+ Handle small components and ensure proper dye application.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
+ Follow safety and quality standards for medical-grade products.
+ Operate braiding machines to produce medical-grade sutures.
+ Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
+ Inspect finished products for quality compliance.
+ Maintain accurate production records.

**Work Environment**
The assembly position is located in a climate-controlled dye room with a sit-down arrangement, ensuring a quiet and clean environment. The braiding position is on a climate-controlled production floor with a stand-up setting, involving light machine operation. Safety gear is provided due to a loud noise level.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fall River, MA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
