LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for their Lee, MA , location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate will already have residential or light commercial HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.

Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for experienced Technicians*

Responsibilities:

  • Services all residential equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
  • Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
  • Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
  • Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with residential or commercial HVAC
  • EPA – Universal Certification
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting base hourly range for this position is $25-$45 per hour plus spiffs and commissions. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
