Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes
  • Maintain accurate data entry using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Manage office operations such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and calendar management
  • Assist with clerical tasks like data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
  • Support office management activities including inventory tracking, bookkeeping, and general administrative duties
  • Handle phone etiquette with tact and patience while supporting a smooth flow of communication within the office

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and clerical procedures
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
