Overview:

A thriving clinic in Norfolk, MA is now hiring a Clinic Manager or Staff-Level Physical Therapist. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30 hours and 4 days of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported with a year long mentorship program.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Patient care is 1:1, with 40-minute appointments.

Clinic Managers provide direct patient care for approximately 85% of work time, while dedicating 15% to clinic management and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $78,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for MA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred for the Clinic Manager role.

• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored, with a path to management available.

• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.

• Candidates with 30 hours and 4 days of availability per week will also be considered.
