You will collaborate closely with the team to craft compelling content, manage social platforms, and support marketing initiatives that highlight the unique flavors and atmosphere of About Thyme.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and promotions both online and offline
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to highlight new menu items, events, and special offers
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or marketing roles preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for storytelling and visual content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
