Assembler
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team in Acton, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you enjoy working with your hands and have a passion for building and assembling, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of assembly processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
