Position Overview:
The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee, MA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in a full -time capacity. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our members & guests. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and contributing to a positive experience for everyone at our facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping services for club facilities including locker rooms, dining areas, event spaces, fitness centers, and public areas.
- Oversee housekeeping for rental housing units, including pre-arrival preparation, daily service, and post-departure turnover.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and sustained.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, equipment, and amenities, maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, sanitation requirements, and organizational policies.
- Respond promptly to members and guests requests or concerns.
- Maintain records of schedules, inspections, and inventory usage.
- Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by Company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or management is a plus.
- Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a high-service, detail-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time. The position may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
