Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Shift: M-F 8am – 5pm (no flexibility currently for different hours)

**Notes:

**

  • Fast paced environment. Lots of emails to keep up with
  • Years’ Experience: 1-3 years
  • Not looking for manufacturing or warehouse type candidates.
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Drug test 4 panel – THC is NOT a disqualifier.

**Job Summary:

**

The focus regarding this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks.

**Essential Functions:

**

  • Provide accurate and on times quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing/contract
  • pricing/special pricing).
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service
  • Supervisor of any problems that may arise.
  • Order entry and change order/ schedule management.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met.
  • Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team
  • representation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Other related administrative and customer service duties as required.
  • Process expedites requests with planning team.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, sense of urgency and follow-through skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a faced paced, high-pressure and results oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1-3 years’ experience.
