FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Capital One Cafe Assembly Row - 425 Revolution Drive, Somerville, Massachusetts 02145. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Weekends and nights are required as needed. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior cafe management experience is preferred, including scheduling, inventory management, and guest relations.
• Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
