1. Safely operate Class D vehicles.
2. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring their proper functioning and safety.
3. Communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors, and team members in a professional manner.
4. Assisting in Drain Cleaning: Support experienced technicians in cleaning and clearing blocked drains using tools like snakes and high-pressure water jets.
5. Equipment Handling: Learn to operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, ensuring tools are in good working condition.
6. Site Preparation: Help prepare work sites by setting up equipment, laying out tools, and ensuring safety measures are in place.
7. Inspection and Diagnosis: Assist in inspecting drainage systems to identify problems and understand the operation of different drainage systems.
8. Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients regarding services, answer questions, and provide updates on work progress under supervision.
9. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during jobs.
11. Learning and Development: Continuously acquire knowledge and skills related to plumbing and drainage systems, including relevant regulations and technologies.
12. Cleaning Up: Help with post-job site cleanup to ensure that the area is tidy and free of hazards.
