Security Officer
Shift: Overnight shift
Location : 150 Massachusetts Mills Drive, Lowell, MA

Job Description: As a Dedicated Security Officer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residential buildings, client assets, and personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift
- Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
- Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner
- Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
- Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms
- Ensure all building access points are secure
- Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
- Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally
- Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required
