Job Description Department Description: The Hardware Product Release Group is part of Oracle’s Product Release Operations and is responsible for ensuring the availability of Oracle's Products and Services in our Fusion Cloud applications according to Oracle standard processes and business practices. The group accomplishes this through part creation, model configuration, and pricing set up in the Product Management and Pricing applications. Responsibilities Responsibilities - What you’ll do:- Provide support to daily operations by managing functional processes
- Participate in Root Cause and Analysis discussions and provide QA support to ensure high quality standards.
- Coordinate and support process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Work collaboratively to support business requirements during process and project implementation.
- Release coordination with tracking and reporting release milestones and statuses and updating systems as needed
- Audit systems with backlog of incomplete milestones and manage projects to perform mass updates through excel files and internal email communications
- Compile and refine presentations for management
- Pursuing a BA/BS degree in business or business analytics
- Ability to learn quickly in a challenging environment and work as part of a team to achieve objectives
- Strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General understanding of ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills
US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour; from: $40,800 to $79,700 per annum.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. - Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
