Revenue Enablement Analyst, Data Product Manager - Neuromodulation
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, data analytics, or a related field 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales enablement, commercial IT, or a related function Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with experience in data tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, SAS, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake), and modern data architecture principles 2+ years of experience with analytical visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or others Expert-level experience with back-office applications, including Excel and MS Access Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (SAP, Anaplan, Model N, Conga) and CRM capabilities (SFDC) Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization and articulate data strategies to technical and non-technical audiences Proven track record of managing the lifecycle of complex data-driven products or solutions Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions Deep understanding of industry trends, market needs, and the competitive landscape in data and analytics Experience building a product roadmap, prioritizing features, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams while influencing without authority Ability to own and manage projects end-to-end Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment Ability to travel up to 20% domestically Commercial back-office experience in the medical device or life sciences industry Prior experience implementing data-driven AI or generative AI use cases and other commercial digital platforms Experience applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics to solve business problems Proven expert-level analytical and problem-solving experience Prior experience in process mapping and documentation Proven experience influencing change
