$3,000 Sign-on Bonus
Residential Skills Counselor (Fitchburg, Second shift and overnight shifts) - Individual is responsible for the daily implementation of activities and individual client treatment plans, the development and maintenance of therapeutic relationships with clients and consistent supervision of the clients within a residential setting.Qualifications include a minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth preferably in a residential setting. Individual should possess excellent client care and verbal intervention skills, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
