Sr. Global Events Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Global Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Earnix’s global events portfolio, including conferences and exhibitions, with a strong focus on North America event activity. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions. 

The role reports to the Director of Events and Experiential Marketing.

What you'll do:

• Own and drive the global events strategy, with a strong focus on North America event activity, in alignment with Sales, Growth, and Marketing objectives 
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global events across multiple regions 
• Manage complex event operations, including booth production, vendors, and onsite delivery 
• Oversee contracts, budgets, and financial processes 
• Lead cross-functional alignment and ensure readiness across all stakeholders 
• Guide and support marketing efforts around events
• Ensure effective lead capture and post-event follow-up in collaboration with Marketing Ops 
• Represent Earnix at key industry events and ensure high-quality execution

REQUIREMENTS

You'll do it using:

• 5+ years of experience in event management (B2B / tech preferred) 
• Proven experience managing global, large-scale events and multiple stakeholders 
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into event plans 
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing conferences and exhibitions 
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail 
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability 
• Excellent project management and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives under pressure 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Willingness to travel to conferences as required

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
