Visual Merchandising Specialist
Description
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is a temporary role supporting the Global Visual Merchandising team during key Go-to-Market deliverables. This position focuses on product accuracy, sample management, and operational support, including maintaining the sample room, processing product, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while collaborating across teams. Scope The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will support the Global Visual Merchandising team in executing tasks related to upcoming Go-to-Market deliverables. Key responsibilities include: • Reviewing product within IWD to ensure accuracy and completeness • Processing incoming product samples and organizing them onto racks and storage systems • Maintaining organization and upkeep of the sample room • Providing on-site support for deliveries, including receiving shipments and coordinating access with building facilities

Skills/Experience • Passion for Visual Merchandising; retail experience is a plus • Proficient in operating on an Apple MacBook Pro • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Keynote is a plus • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and fast-paced environments • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team • Strong communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in planning

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.25/hr.
