Spanish Speaking Registered Nurse - up to $50/hr

A brand new Adult Day Health Center is opening in January, and we are seeking a compassionate and bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to support the launch and daily clinical operations. This role is ideal for an RN who values community-based care, enjoys working with seniors, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a culturally centered environment..

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily nursing care, health monitoring, and clinical oversight for adult day participants, including support for those with cognitive or memory-related challenges
• Communicate effectively with participants and families (conversational Spanish required) and foster a culturally respectful environment
• Collaborate with LPNs, program staff, and cross-department teams to ensure smooth, high-quality operations
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Home Care GPS or similar) and ensure compliance with DPH regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience in senior or culturally specific healthcare settings
• Conversational Spanish communication skills
• EMR proficiency (Home Care GPS or similar systems)
• Ability to work weekdays and one Saturday per month
