Pay will be based on experience and certifications. In this position we are looking for a candidate with prior experience.

Location:

Preferably based in or near Bourne, Wareham, Plymouth, Pocasset, Mashpee, or Falmouth . Must be able to cross state lines with ease.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and professional roadside assistance and towing services
• Secure vehicles for transport in accordance with safety regulations
• Perform basic checks and maintenance (fueling, DEF, oil levels, etc.)
• Assist with overnight truck readiness for the day shift
• Deliver exceptional customer service during high-stress situations
• Assist with shop and yard upkeep
• Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services
• Navigate efficiently with GPS

We’re Looking For:

• Experienced, self-motivated overnight drivers
• Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must be TIMS certified (or willing to complete the free online course at Learning.ResponderSafety.com)
• Comfortable crossing state lines
• Team-oriented and reliable with local area knowledge
• Must apply in person and complete a background/CORI check
