Field Service Technician

Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Danvers, MA

Duration: 5 months

Pay Rate: $28.96 - $31.54/hour

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and repairs field equipment.

• Provides quality level of service according to established standards.

• Provides onsite troubleshooting support.

• Completes paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks per policy and procedures.

• Prepares written reports.

• Coordinates with field service representatives, sales representatives, clinical specialists and customers to improve field service.

• Provides initial and ongoing sales, service, and customer training.

• Assists in the development and maintenance of educational courseware.

• Performs other additional duties or projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Associates or BS in Electronic Technician degree/certificate or related

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years previous related experience

• Strong communication skills

Additional Information

• Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future
