Software Asset Management Analyst - INTL India
Job Description
Job Summary
The Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst (Contract) will support software licensing and entitlement activities related to a domain and employee migration. This role focuses on license reassignment, entitlement validation, and reporting to ensure continuity of software access during migration activities.
Key Responsibilities

Reassign and validate software licenses during domain and employee migrations

Perform manual license updates across multiple vendor portals

Review, update, and analyze Excel-based licensing and migration reports

Validate software entitlements before and after migration events
-
Support licensing for applications not yet standardized or fully automated

Coordinate with Endpoint Support to ensure licenses are available prior to software installation

Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and compliance
Compensation:
$12/hr to $18hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications

Experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or software licensing

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., filters, lookups, pivot tables)

Experience managing user- and device-based software licenses

Familiarity with Active Directory user environments

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience with software asset management inventory tools, such as FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS)

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience supporting domain or employee migration initiatives
-
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
-
Exposure to endpoint management or software deployment processes
