  Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Oversee all restaurant activities, providing support, guidance, and feedback to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team committed to excellence.
• Early Morning Matches: Lead the charge in managing early morning operations, ensuring the pub is ready to open as early as 7am to broadcast live soccer matches.
• Banquet Operations Oversight: Lead and oversee day-of banquet operations, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional guest service, and effective coordination with the Events Coordinator.
• Performance Evaluation: Lead the process of providing performance evaluations for front-of-house staff and work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure comprehensive evaluations for back-of-house.
• Financial and Inventory Management: Manage orders, contracts, and inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency, reduce waste, support daily operations, and oversee supply budgeting while coordinating closely with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Budget Management: Oversee labor cost budgeting and collaborate with managers on strategic decisions for scheduling, training initiatives, and maintenance planning to optimize resources effectively.
• Training and Development: Lead training sessions on product and policy updates for front-of-house, and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to keep the kitchen team aligned on food production, specs, and quality control.

Who You Are

• A Seasoned Leader: With 2-5+ years of proven General Manager experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant or pub environment, you're ready to take on the challenge of this venture.
• Soccer Enthusiast: While familiarity with soccer is a bonus, your understanding of its unique charm in creating a lively pub atmosphere adds an extra layer of appeal to your candidacy.
