Compensation: Salary: $130,000-$145,000+ excellent benefits and relo package.Locations: Fort Collins and Loveland, CO

How you will spend your time as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist :
- Conduct clinical interviews, screenings, psychological assessments, and testing in outpatient programs.
- Diagnose emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and care teams.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family).
- Maintain clinical records in compliance with agency, legal, and ethical standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, staff training, and ongoing clinical development.
- Opportunity for position to provide supervision to doctoral interns.
- Evaluate individuals requiring involuntary care and monitor short-term certification and involuntary commitment cases as required.
Skills and experience we would like you to have as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist :
- Doctorate degree in clinical psychology.
- Current DORA license to practice in Colorado OR willing to obtain.
- Prior experience working with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders preferred.
- If seeking adolescent specialty, minimum 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settings.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual/bi-cultural a plus.
