ROLE SUMMARY:Department teammate responsible for delivering an awesome customer experience and maintaining amazing department standards. They embody the belief that great food, honest ingredients and great service will create an outstanding customer experience, loyalty and long term business growth. - Clean, safe, organized sales floor, production space and back rooms.
- Store sales above plan

- Provides outstanding retail execution
- Builds great and lasting customer relationships
- Delivers consistently amazing products
- Creates a fun place to work
- Acts as advocate for LK
- Provides feedback to improve ways of working

- Supports the total store and other departments every day
- Sets and achieves high retail standards and challenges others to do the same
- Service-oriented and enthusiastic attitude
- Ensures quality product through rotation, temperature and quality checks
- Advise customers about products and promote extra sales within the department
- Looking for sampling, seasonal and local opportunities to drive sales
- Ensures department organization, safety and cleanliness
- Works to receive, stock and rotate products
- Assist in training new teammates, creating solid teamwork throughout the department
- Works alongside teammates to produce and serve LK products
- Ensures full compliance with all store and company policies and legal regulations
- Masters systems and technologies
- Delivers a high level of performance
