Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trial Attorney located in Needham Heights, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Trial Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as representing clients in court, managing trials, preparing and filing motions, conducting depositions, and working on various legal matters related to personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation. The role also includes client consultations and developing legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.

• Represent clients in court and manage trials.
• Prepare and file motions.
• Conduct depositions and handle related proceedings.
• Work on legal matters across personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
• Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to provide effective legal services in a hybrid work environment.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
• Experience in law and courts, including handling motions and trials
• Skilled in conducting depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in our areas of expertise (e.g., personal injury, criminal defense) is a plus
