- Commission is based upon a % split of session value
- 3 tiers of trainer % split- increases based off number of sessions serviced
- Trainers will be responsible for completing their own initial appointments with members via our CrunchONE Kickoff.
- Proficiency in program development to reach short- and long-term goals
