Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review a variety of federal and state tax returns, including 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, 1040, and 1041.
• Review staff work and provide actionable feedback to support development and technical growth.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues with confidence and accuracy.
• Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, address concerns, and provide expert guidance.
• Stay current on tax laws and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance across all work.

Qualifications:

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( Masters in Tax a plus ).
• CPA license (preferred or in progress).
• 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax background.
• Excellent technical tax preparation and review skills across multiple return types.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
