The Program and Project Management function of the Delivery Services team coaches leaders across Pega to improve internal processes and execute on programs that support our strategic direction.
_Please note this role is onsite in Waltham 2x/week._

**What You'll Do at Pega:**
+ Drivestrategic cloud infrastructure, engineering,operationsand securityprojects, partnering withindividuals andbusiness leadershipacross the business.
+ Responsiblefor scheduling, coordinating, and managing multiple projects.

**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
+ History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering complex software projects & programs - preferably acting as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or seasoned Scrum Master.
+ Experience using variety of different Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) on both co-located and distributed teams
+ Experience facilitatingchange model(s) and change management in an organization

**Additional Information**
Base salary range for this role is 94,900 - 141,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
