**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk of an educational location.
+ Monitor access to the location by greeting and verifying the identity of visitors, students, and staff, following established protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
+ Maintain detailed records of visitor check-ins and check-outs, deliveries, and other front desk activities as required.
+ Communicate professionally with students, staff, and visitors to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
+ Report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal management.
+ Assist with emergency response activities, such as evacuations or lockdowns, according to site procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
