As a Sr. Design Quality Specialist at Epsilon, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our user experience initiatives. Your role will go beyond traditional QA responsibilities, focusing on groundbreaking outstanding and inclusive experiences across every facet of our application's design and interactions. Your mission is to be a trailblazer in UI design evaluation and user expeience improvement. By using AI technologies, you will transform our UX QA processes by automating the identification and resolution of bugs, significantly improving the standards across all of Epsilon's applications. Collaborating with our dynamic design and engineering teams, your visionary insights will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every user, irrespective of their capabilities, delights in a perfect and empowering experience. Your contributions are vital to Epsilon's dedication to innovation and groundbreaking design.
What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for the evolution of our design system components to align with the latest industry standards, patterns, and accessibility requirements.
- Apply your expertise in front-end development and design to maintain strict alignment with UI specifications, emphasizing consistency to WCAG-compliant accessibility standards.
- Conduct audits to identify and detail design and interaction issues early in the development cycle, minimizing potential impacts on user experience.
- Work closely with UX, UI and engineering teams to develop and implement intelligent QA workflows that support scalable, consistent testing methodologies across all projects.
- Drive the integration of accessibility validation tools within our workflows, continuously promoting inclusive design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Harness the AI tools and frameworks to streamline the verification of design fidelity and accessibility across Epsilon’s applications, ensuring robust and efficient QA processes.
- Stay on top of emerging AI technologies, accessibility innovations, and user-centric testing practices to continually elevate product quality and inclusivity.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- 4+ years of proven experience in enterprise software, particularly in roles involving UX/UI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, SASS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in adaptable, cross-browser development.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular.
- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and hands-on experience applying them in product development.
- Strong attention to detail and a critical approach that thrives with catching design inconsistencies and accessibility gaps.
- Excellent communicator who values multi-functional collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience using Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jira in an Agile development workflow.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-based tools for QA, accessibility scanning, or UI validation is a strong plus.

Base Salary: $80,250 - $133,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
