Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working with school-aged children, K-12 preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings; maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulations
• Educate and empower parents and caregivers through consultation and training
• Participate in professional development to remain current with best practices
