Are you looking to launch your career in sales, marketing, and customer engagement? We're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Promotional Sales Associates in Burlington, MA.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, brand representation, and business development. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement.
In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized telecommunications and consumer brands through face-to-face interactions with customers inside retail locations throughout the Burlington area. You'll educate customers on available products and promotions, assist with new customer enrollments, and deliver exceptional customer service while working toward individual and team performance goals.
ResponsibilitiesRepresent nationally recognized telecommunications and consumer brands professionally in retail environments
Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations
Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
Assist customers with new account enrollment and activation
Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
Meet individual and team performance goals
Attend daily team meetings, paid training, and ongoing professional development sessions
Maintain accurate records and follow company and client guidelines
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Reliable transportation to the Burlington office and assigned retail locations
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required
Guaranteed $15.00/hour with the opportunity to earn up to 50% commission based on sales performance
