This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will help coordinate care for seniors and ensure our caregivers are matched with client needs efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules for client shifts
- Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding schedule changes
- Handle call-outs and last-minute coverage needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and compassionate communication
- Previous experience scheduling in home care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
