Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Manager to lead branch performance, community engagement, and business development within an assigned market. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, expanding Select Employee Group (SEG) relationships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

• Lead community engagement, SEG growth, and business development efforts
• Build relationships with community partners, local organizations, and business leaders
• Drive branch performance including sales, member experience, and financial results
• Lead, coach, and develop branch leadership teams
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and strong internal controls
• Support strategic initiatives, growth plans, and organizational change management

• 5–7 years of branch or retail financial services experience
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing managers or multiple locations
• Credit union experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and risk management
• Proven success in community engagement, business development, and team leadership
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market for branch visits and community events

Work Schedule

This is a full time 40 hour a week position. with rotating weekend shifts required. Work schedule flexibility required.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $76,800 - $82,000 per year , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role. We also offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your overall well-being and success.
