Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, monitoring, and evaluating equipment breakdowns. You will collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment.
• Execute and improve preventative maintenance procedures.
• Conduct repair and rebuilding duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety measures.

• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical machinery.
• Proficiency with blow mold or injection mold machinery.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.

• Experience in preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with production members.

This position involves working a 12-hour rotating shift in a well-established facility, either from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm or 7:15 am to 6:45 pm. The work environment is supportive and offers a nice atmosphere.

This is a Permanent position based out of East Longmeadow, MA.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
