We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks and providing excellent support to staff and clients. Responsibilities:• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks with efficiency and precision.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized environment.
• Support staff by organizing meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports as needed by the team.
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and standards.• Proven experience in administrative roles, including receptionist duties and office management.
• Strong proficiency in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for managing calls and correspondence.
• Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a focus on detail and reliability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
