Current openings include:

Staff Accountant (Tax Focus) – 2-5 years experience

Tax Supervisor – 5+ years experience

Staff Accountant (Tax Focus)

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of business and individual tax returns

• Review of financial records and supporting documentation

• Client communication and information gathering

• Tax research and problem solving

• Preparation of workpapers and supporting schedules

• Exposure to a variety of industries and client types

Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and review of federal and state business and individual tax returns

• Tax planning and consulting

• Managing client relationships

• Reviewing and mentoring staff work

• Researching tax issues and communicating changes in tax law

• Managing IRS and state tax notices and audits

• Process improvement initiatives within the tax function

Ideal background:

• 2-10+ years of public accounting tax experience

• Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual returns

• Tax planning and research experience

• Strong client-facing skills

• CPA preferred
