We're urgently hiring an EEC Certified Pre-K Teacher to join our team at our Leominster location. If you're an experienced pre-K teacher, preschool teacher, or early childhood educator who loves the 4–5 year age group, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll lead a classroom of preschoolers through daily routines, hands-on learning, and age-appropriate curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

\n You'll thrive in this role if you have:- EEC Preschool Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)
- Daycare experience in a center-based, private, or public school setting
- An energetic approach to learning and a positive attitude
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work an 8–9-hour shift within the school's operating hours, including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with children, stand for up to 90% of the workday, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attentiveness, strong time management, and strong collaboration skills
- Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials
- Supporting social-emotional growth, early literacy, and school-readiness through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities
- Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, outdoor time, and naptime
- Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments
- Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry
- Helping children build independence, language, problem-solving skills, and confidence as they prepare for kindergarten
