- Leadership. As the Sr. Leasing Consultant, you will provide support, guidance and on-the-job training to associates and act as a resource for new hires as well.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
