Operations Coordinator (Half-Time)
We Are the Ones We’ve Been Waiting For
ECCO is looking for inspired people who want to help create a just world right here, right now. Guided by faith, shared values, and collective vision, we act together for justice. We are the ones we have been waiting for. Will you join us?
About Us
Essex County Community Organization (ECCO) is a multifaith network of 59 congregations and community groups that unite across lines of difference to address the root causes of injustice. We organize across race, class, and faith on the issues our members choose together — currently housing, criminal justice reform, and immigrant rights. As part of the MA Communities Action Network and Faith in Action National Network, we develop leaders and win policy change that no individual or group could achieve alone.
Why Strong Operations Are Central to Our Work
ECCO’s organizing work depends on strong internal systems. To build grassroots power, train leaders, raise money, host gatherings, track relationships, and sustain campaigns over time, we need accurate records, reliable administrative processes, and thoughtful operational support.
At ECCO, operations are not separate from the work of justice. Strong administration helps make strong organizing possible.
