Customer Success Specalist

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of the Operations Team. You will be primarily responsible for managing at-once and annual booking orders from inception to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction, processing Stadium custom chair orders, and providing customers with recommendations/feedback on the best equipment for their individual needs. Candidates must be logical thinkers with strong communication skills who are able to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. This individual needs to be a team player, willing to learn, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
How you will contribute:
- Receive and handle daily incoming customer calls (call volume can vary, average during the busy season is 50-60 calls per day)
- Process Stadium Chair custom orders – work with our 3 rd party art company to create accurate mockups for customer approval
- Enter customer at once and booking orders received via phone, fax, and email
- Provide customers with recommendations on products based on customer needs; inventory requests; due dates on when a new product will be arriving to our warehouses; customer-specific discounts
- Work hand-in-hand with warehouse employees to ensure shipments go out in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot with customers in the event of shipment errors, etc.
- Process customer returns
- Build relationships with customers to provide support and to properly fulfill orders to help build a loyal customer base
What you need to bring to the table:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills – attention to detail is KEY in this role
- Reliable team player with an outgoing, friendly personality
- Professional phone and email skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and phone calls
- Computer application literacy
- Accurate data entry skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility with taking on various office duties outside of normal job responsibilities, including anything needed to facilitate shipment of customer orders
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
