Hours: Full-time

Shift: Day – weekend, holiday, on-call shared after hours/weekend/holiday call schedule

Responsibilities

Our Primary Care Center, a part of the Southcoast Physicians Group comprising over 800+ providers and continuing to grow, exemplifies our commitment to excellence in patient care.

Southcoast Health is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our esteemed multidisciplinary group. The Primary Care practice in Swansea, MA consists of 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice practitioners.

• High volume, quality focused and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support and more.
• Advanced Practice Provider support and very reasonable call requirements
• Salary with Productivity & Performance Based Incentives
• Sign-on Bonus – $60,000
• Retention Bonus – $20,000 X 4 years

• Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks’ vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years

• Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M

• Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time off
• Medical degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification/eligibility required in Family or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency
• Current state medical license and DEA registration
• Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills
• Please note, we are unable to support J-1 Waivers for Primary Care positions.
