JobResponsibilities:
1.Inspection&Compliance:

• Prepareinspectionschedulesbyreviewingprojectpermits,plans,andspecificationsrelatedtoconcrete,masonry,bolting,andmechanicalsystems.
  
• Conductfieldinspectionsbasedoncertification(ACI,ICCMasonry,Bolting,Mechanical)toensureworkcomplieswithapplicablecodes,standards,andprojectrequirements.
  
• Issuenoticesforcorrections,interpretcodes,andrecommendcomplianceprocedures.
  
• Recordinspectionprogress,violations,andensurereportsaresigned/approved.
  

2.ProjectManagement:

• Defineprojectresponsibilitiesbybreakingdownphasesandassigningpersonnel.
  
• Determineprojectspecificationsbyreviewingdesigns,customerrequirements,andperformancestandards.
  
• Developandmonitorprojectschedules,ensuringactivitiesarecoordinated,andproblemsareresolvedinatimelymanner.
  
• Controlprojectcostsandreviewdesignsandspecificationstorecommendcorrectiveactions.
  

3.QualityAssurance:

• FollowISO17020and17025standardstoimproveprocessesandensurequalityresults.
  
• Conductfailuretests,analyzefindings,andrecommendchangestoimprovematerials,products,andprocesses.
  
• Superviseandconductmaterialandstructuralcomponenttestsandevaluations,ensuringcompliancewithstandards.
  

4.ClientRelations:

• Respondtotechnicalquestionsandrequestsfromclients,ensuringprofessionalandtimelyservice.
  
• Maintainpositiverelationshipsbyprovidingprojectstatusreportsandrecommendationsforaction.
  

5.Safety&Compliance:

• Maintainasafeworkenvironmentbyfollowingorganizationalstandardsandlegalregulations.
  
• Ensuretheconfidentialityofallobtainedinformationduringinspectionsandprotecttheproprietaryrightsofthecompanyanditsclients.
  

Skills&Qualifications:
Candidatesmustholdatleastoneofthefollowingvalidcertifications:

• ACIGradeI/ACIGradeII
  
• ICCStructuralMasonrySpecialInspector
  
• ICCStructuralSteelandBoltingSpecialInspector
  
• ICCMechanicalInspector
  
• PreferredQualifications:
  
• Bachelorsdegreeinengineeringorarelatedfield.
