What You'll Do

• Prepare and operate various CNC and manual machining tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Understand, visualize, and apply blueprints and technical plans to guide your processes.
• Implement robust checks to guarantee finished products meet our high-quality standards.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Collaborate effectively with others to innovate and optimize machining processes.
• Support in cultivating an educational environment by training less experienced machinists.
• Commit to a safe and systematic workspace, following all safety guidelines.

Your Skills and Experience

• Completion of high school, with post-secondary education in machining being advantageous.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in machining environments and mastery of CNC programming.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Adaptive to both team-centered and independent working conditions.
• Strong communication skills paired with an eager-to-learn mentality.
