Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a well-respected organization in Berkshire County, MA providing group home services. Currently seeking full and part-time professionals to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience.

Position Overview

As a Human Services Tech across their various programs, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities and severe and persistent mental illness. You'll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help individuals thrive in their communities.

Locations: Adams, North Adams, Pittsfield and Williamstown.

Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks to start Pay Rate: $20/hr Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration

• Support community integration and social activities

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness preferred

• No experience required

• Must meet contract requirements:

• BLS Certification (Free on-site training available)

• Physical Exam

• Fingerprinting ($45 out-of-pocket, reimbursed)
